This is the latest printing technology that contains the so-called binder in the pigment itself. In addition, fabrics and knitted fabrics that are printed with us, they undergo a series of chemical processes to make the printing even better.

How does the printing process work?

Preparation of the material

Key for good durability

Fabric

Preparation
We print on our own fabrics, which are perfectly prepared. Each fabric is padded with 3-4 special chemicals, which are responsible for: durability of printing, saturation of colors and cleansing of unwanted substances, for example natural oils. In addition, each cotton fabric is sanforized, stabilized, optically bleached, and if necessary, enzymed.

Pigment

Overprint
The pigments also contain a “binder”, in other words a fixative. After printing, the fabric passes through a special dryer. At a temperature of about 160-185 C degrees, a chemical reaction takes place between the material and the pigment and permanently combines both substrates.
