Modern digital printing technology

We use the pigment printing method to make prints on fabrics and knitted fabrics. Based on the pigments certified by OEKO-Tex 100. It is the latest printing technology that includes the so-called binder in the pigment itself. In addition, fabrics and knitted fabrics that are printed by us undergo a number of chemical processes to fix the print even better.

Below we will tell you more about our printing technique. However, even the prettiest advertising text will not reflect the real fabric.

Preparation

We print on our own fabrics that are perfectly prepared. Each fabric is padded with 3-4 specialized chemicals that are responsible for: durability of the print, color saturation and cleaning the fibers of unwanted substances, e.g. natural oils. Additionally, each cotton fabric is sanforized, stabilized, optically bleached and, if necessary, enzyme.

Overprint

The pigments also contain "binder", in other words a fixer. After printing, the fabric passes through a special dryer. At a temperature of about 160-185 degrees, a chemical reaction takes place between the fabric and the pigment, and it permanently bonds both substrates.
