Why did my design shrink when loaded onto the page?

Make sure the design has the right resolution.

Designs for printing should have a resolution of 300 ppi (pixels per inch) and be prepared at a scale of 1:1. If the size of your design is correct, but becomes very small when uploaded to the page, it may have the wrong resolution.

How do I check the resolution of a file in Photoshop?

Select 'Image' from the top menu and then click on 'Image Size'. You can also do this using the keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl + Alt + I or Command + Option + I.

If the resolution of your design is less than 300 pixels per inch, this is the reason for the design being reduced in size when uploaded to the page.
