What if I have a file in a format other than JPG?

In order for a file to be uploaded to our site correctly it must be saved in JPEG format, so if your design is saved in PDF, TIF or other formats, you will need to save it again. Below we explain how to do this in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and what if you don't use either of these programs.

Saving a design from Adobe Photoshop

1. On the top menu, click "File"

2. then select "Save a Copy..."

3. expand the "Format" option and select "JPEG"

4. Select quality

5. Confirm everything by clicking "OK" and you're done! You can then upload the saved file to our website.

Saving a design from Adobe Illustrator

1. On the top menu, click "File"

2. then hover over "Export" and select "Export As"

3. expand the "Format" option and select "JPEG"

4. Select the colour mode - RGB

5. Set the quality

A higher value means better quality, but also increases the file size. Designs uploaded to the website should be no more than 100 MB.

6. Select resolution - High - 300 ppi

7. check that the option to include colour profiles is enabled

Done! Confirm everything by clicking "OK". The design thus saved is ready to be uploaded to our website.
