Adding products to your portal is not integrated with our system, which means that products must be added manually. It is important that the products listed on your platform have the right information to enable us to produce them efficiently. Here's what information products should contain:

1. EAN codes (BARCODE):

In order for us to be able to accurately determine on which fabric the order is to be printed, it is necessary to provide the EAN code (BARCODE) when adding a product. The EAN code allows us to identify the type of fabric on which we are to print. If there is no special field for the EAN code, it can be placed in the product title, but we recommend using the available field dedicated to EAN codes.

2. Pattern number (e.g. starting with the letters AP):

Each product displayed on the platform must contain the name of the design to be printed. In our system, the pattern name starts with the letters AP. This pattern number can be placed in the product title or in a special section such as the product SKU, the videos above also show where to enter such a code. For example, the PrestaShop system has a special field for this, and in the Etsy portal we enter the design number in the title.

By placing the pattern number in the product, we can effectively identify what pattern is to be printed on the fabric.

Remember that if you put the name of the pattern in the title, put it at the beginning of the name just in case, some portals cut off the name of the pattern after e.g. 30 characters.
